ok been months since i talk to the old blog.

everything's fine. problems always comes, but chung always seem to get pass those.

i have to start my slimming programme soon. im 75! i have to keep breathing in everytime i go out. tell me how sad it is.

o i will get my license soon! perhaps, in 3 months time. hehe.

i need to get back my level in basketball. do miss the days of competition and all the attention one may get on the court.
oops. do i miss the fame, or do i miss bball?

im waiting for my boots! from jan. thanks! im going to wear it when the season starts.

i do hope less injuries for me.

ha, sounds like a belated 2009 resolution.

and of course, i hope i can put u behind. i cant believe wounds can be still felt so recent.



i do miss u, but i need to get u out of my life.
O! someone's been interesting.

KEI! i cant go ipoh yet im forever so busy. sorry. soon k! my first road trip has to put on hold. haha.

its been really ages since i posted one my old blog. but im simply too busy! i did not have time even to post the next perspective im going to talk about! haha. will update soon. i have tons to write.

其实昨天就有一些感想， 就写下来吧。

     人生就是为了找寻爱的过程。每个人的人生都要找到四个人。

第一个是自己；
第二个是你最爱的人。
第三个是最爱你的人。
而第四个是共度一生的人。

     首先你一定会先找到自己，知道自己会喜欢哪一种类型的女生/男生，更知道在人生的道路上，你要怎么走，目标等等。

     再来会遇到你最爱的人，然后体会到爱别人的感觉;因为了解被爱的感觉，所以才能发现最爱你的人; 当你经历过爱人与被爱，学会了爱，才会知道什么是你需要的，也才会找到最适合你，能够相处一辈子的人。
 
     但很悲哀的是，在现实生活中，这三个人通常不是同一个人；你最爱的，往往没有选择你；最爱你的，往往不时你最爱的；而最长久的，偏偏不是你最爱也不是最爱你的，只是在最适合的时间出现的那个人。我，有会是莫个女生的第几个呢？

     人是会成长的，在成长的过程中，我们就会学习与领悟到事情的真果。就这样，自己会营造出属于自己的人生观念。而我对我的爱情对象就有了如此的信念与观念。

   想轰轰烈烈地谈一场恋爱吧。希望可以打破以上的观点。那三个人都是同一人！

TOUGH TIMES DON'T LAST, BUT TOUGH MAN DOES.

feel the situation really helpless and hopeless,

all guys out there. just remember this sentence.

DEC 22nd 2008
Weight: 74kgs. oh my god.

Target: FEB 2008
Weight: 65kgs.


Mon: Run 2.6km Interval training.

• Interval trainings are best for ppl like me, who wants to burn the extra fats fast and furious!
• begin at a slow or walking state. Remember to keep a timing. Once u are ready, run at your TOP SPEED for about a minimum of 30 secs.
• once time's up, u start walking again. give urself around 45 or 60 sec before u do back the TOP SPEED set again.
• Repeat this for a minimum of 4 sets for a start. Gradually increase ur set timings and less rest time so that ur heart works harder man!
• great for ppl who want to burn fats and build up stamina fast. best its u do at track. 400m, dash 300m, walk 100m.

TUE: Static exercises

1. Pull ups

• Do at least 5 sets of 5. Your shoulder should be somewhere inline with ur grip.
• This is a super set. i forget what it is called already so lets just name it super set.
• Great for ppl who wan to build the V-shape fast and build those "wing" muscles at the back.
• It shapes up ur deltroids and arms as well.

     2. Push ups

• do a broad one palms well apart. Trains ur chest muscles. let the girls drool over it bros.ha!

     3.Crunches, Leg rise.

• standard exercises. for crunches the trick is to place both ur hands and touch ur shoulders. with ur right palm on ur left shoulder and vice versa.
• leg rise try not to touch the ground and while u are lowering ur legs, do it slowly.
  
• work these two well. PACTS is the key.

WED: SKIPPING

• no need to say. Just skip. perhaps 5 mins per set. It seriously burns fat. but mind u, calf muscles may build. dun blame me if u get carrot legs!

THURS: Interval training.

• same.

FRI: REST REST.

• The importance of rest. ha. o! after each day of exercise, do remember a cold shower over ur whole body is great. it so call relaxes ur muscles and aids its growth. let the water run through and keep still there for 1 mins. and stop water den again.

SAT: field soccer

• its good guys to have some sports to do.

Sun: Street soccer or swimming.

• Get a tan!!

ok. leave ur food alone. dun go on a diet. Eat whatever u wan but of course, do not eat more and more chocolates. ha. i think refer ing to myself.

Yes. Chocolates makes one happy when eaten. But exercises too. =)

i realli wan to slim down. lets work hard bros!

today's work a little bit less busy. so had time to post some thoughts and happenings.

weekend was fulfilling! satisfied and somehow happy.



bballed on sat night. found that my knee is really giving way already. I guess i can only play recreational basketball from now on. Would love to play for SIM university next time if possible. and i miss my competition days. The excitement and thrill of playing a match. ha.
 
soccer-ed on sun morning. sorry no photos. went back my sch NYJC for that. its nicer den before.

Perhaps in life we had to do some crazy things.
I seriously wanted to do some of those!

for eg. take 2 days off and go port dickson.

had a chat with a fren ytd. ha. thanks. it was fun!  

its always nice to have different fren from different walks of life, all countries.

anyway, finally singapore has some good weather.





but, gonna miss my field match soccer on sun. perhaps bball in the night at tanjong pagar? anyone wanna go?

SUNday: pls. have some sun. i need him. because its street soccer day.

Job was as fulfilling, satisfaction is great.

im totally in love with this line and the pace it gives me. URGENT and FAST seems the norm here.

      3. Sea Import

• prepare import permit
• prepare delivery order
• arrange cargo delivery

      4. Sea Export

• Book vessel sailing
• arrange cargo pickup from customer
• prepare Sea bill of lading draft or shipping advice to shipping line
• prepare House bill of lading
• prepare export permit

ok. lastly.

     5. For all the jobs, i

• write summary of jobs
• do all the invoices.
• mailing of invoices.
• as a courier : exchange d/o, collect b/l, send demand draft and do telegraphic transfer in banks.

because usually in bigger companies,
there should be at least 5 person doing all this of all departments. For e.g

1. Sea Export
2. Sea Import
3. Air Export
4. Air Import
5. Accounts
6. Admin / HR

thats the problem of SMEs. but its challenging and im loving every minute of it!
it all boils down to motivation and passion guys.
work hard towards ur future.
when u have in mind what it going to like, nothing is impossible.

anyway, my dream job is to open a side business: a food franchise of yong tau fu, nasi lemak and mixed vegetable rice. cofffe shop too!
hee. bros. pls. lets get down to serious business and start planning.

anyway. nice night at orchard.
but as usual. singapore is:

1. too crowdy
2. full of spending power. ever though everyone is crying over economic crsis

• LV shop is packed with ppl. sales man all full of smiles! ladies. i realli dun understand why LV! ha. do tell me why. and not some chapalang brand.
• everyone at least have a dozen over new clothes on their hands.
• too many fred perrys in town. so guys just dun wear anymore. it looks like fred perry has become bossini.
• everyone has at least 2 credit cards. dun tell me u dun haf!
• blah blah blah.

SO, hows ur christmas spending so far?!

erm. nothing!
i barely had time to shop. and i see those crowds. aw. "let's go somewhere else"

hey. city square a nice place to go.Located at just johore bahru customs checkpoint.

JUSCO tebaru city is a must go! ha. great place with not much crowds in the weekdays.

oh. here's wat happen this 2 months.

i have finished my national service.

true enough. changed my life, my perspective in life.
i think i just started living my life properly!

there's no time to waste.

there i am, working in the field of trade import/export industry.
seriously again, a sector full of challenging tasks and stress.
im loving it though. because nothing comes easy in this world.

ok. my daily life is definately affected.
less field soccer for me, as sat are burnt due to work.
no more swimming, gym during weekdays.
oh! i realli realli need to slim down.
ppl who see me tout i have been drinking too much!

ha. well at least sun is my free time. he. so everyone. pls book me on sun, hee!
